Preparing for your consultation
Please come prepared with your questions or areas of life you would particularly like to explore. This helps me focus our time together on what is most meaningful to you.
For an Astrological consultation, I will need your accurate birth information, including the date of birth, time of birth and place of birth, so that I can prepare your birth chart.
Please provide this information at the time of booking wherever possible.
I require at least three days’ notice before an Astrology consultation so that I have sufficient time to prepare your chart.
During the consultation
Our session will be a collaborative conversation. I will draw on my Astrology or Tarot knowledge, skills and intuition to provide insight and guidance relating to your questions.
Please be on time so that we can make the best use of your allocated consultation time.
Payment
Payment is required in advance when booking your consultation.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
For Astrology consultations, the advance payment also covers the time I spend preparing your birth chart before our appointment.
Cancellations and rescheduling
I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice and I will do my best to arrange another suitable time. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and require full payment to rebook a new consultation.
Because time is reserved specifically for you and Astrology consultations involve preparation in advance, please consider your appointment carefully before booking.
Any cancellation or refund arrangements are subject to applicable Australian consumer law.
In the unlikely event I am unable to keep our scheduled appointment, I will offer you another suitable time or, if you prefer, provide a full refund.
Privacy and confidentiality
Your personal information and the information shared during your consultation will be treated as private and confidential in accordance with my Code of Ethics.
